Sour fruit leathers / rollups
(No gluten, dairy or added sugar. Vegan)

Fruit or berries of choice (I used Mango and Strawberry)
Sweetener of choice. Sukrin icing works great (optional)
Sitric Acid (optional)
S t a r t!
Puré the fruit/berries in a blender. Add sweetener if necessary. Blend until smooth.
Pour it over onto a silicone baking sheet. Use a spatel or similar to spread the puré evenly. Thicker layer means longer preparation time, so try to make the layer not too thick.
Let it dry in a oven preheated to 75C / 170F. For me, it took 5 hours, but this vary with which type of fruit you use, what oven you have and how thick the layer is.
Let it cool for a couple of minutes, then carefully peel off the fruit layer from the silicone baking sheet. Cut into long belts.
Make the sour sugar coating by mixing sukrin icing or other granulated sweetener with a small amount of citric acid. Cover the fruit belts with the mix, then roll together.
